Target

Most items are locked in cases(toothpaste, deodorant, underwear,detergent…) and requiring an employee to unlock. It is very difficult to get assistance and shopping here takes magnitudes longer than at any other store along with creating a very unpleasant shopping experience. My assumption is that corporate management of Target no longer wants to operate this store and would prefer it to close. This approach has largely impacted my opinion of Target as a whole and decreased the likelihood that I would ever shop at any Target store in the future.

I enjoy the innovative nods this location has. The signs that highlight what department you're shopping in have a different glare to them. I feel like I could see them from further distance and helped me cut my trip short. Busy location for sure, serves grocery and anything else you're looking for. The community this location is in, is compact so you'll most likely be around a rush no matter what time you visit. Although the community is compact, this location is not, a lot space to see your product and they typically have stocked shelves. Parking lot most likely will always be a jam, its at the beginning of the shopping mall so even if people aren't going to Target, they most likely will have to pass it to get to where they're going. There are multiple entrances to the parking lot, so you have options to relieve what can be traffic at the stop light. Let me know what you thought of the parking situation when you arrive.

Avoid choosing GIFT from this store! Never had problems with Target before. They have great items and sometimes have items sold with really valuable price. But this experience made me highly disappointed, WON'T trust this store anymore!!! I was about to purchase the item always wanted, saw it on great deal, checked with one stuff, saying this particular one is ON SALE, during check-out the manager said UNFORTUNATELY this one is not on sale, TAG MISPLACED, can't offer that. I don't see that ways how customers can still trust the place for some expensive or quality items.

This target location has really gone downhill. Every single personal care item is locked up and there's never an employee that responds to the request to open the locked doors. If you find an employee to help, you have to drag them along with you to open 5 different locked cases so you can finish your shopping. The employees that are present are clearly overworked, tired, and stressed. This store is unorganized and dirty. There's been multiple occasions where i find trash and spills in multiple places. Clothes are not put away properly and are often all over the floor. The selection of sizes is really poor, too. I've moved to doing pickup only orders, but half the time the items(and substitutions) are out of stock and i only receive part of my order. A hairdryer i just bought had clearly been used as there was hair in the box along with some caramel corn pieces 🤢 It's really sad to see the store in such a state. Target is my favorite place to shop, and it's a bummer that my neighborhood store has become such a stressful and frustrating place to shop. I don't want to drive 20+ minutes out to the suburbs to do my shopping. I hope Target Corporate tries to help this location out.
